Hydration and texture shift inside 10 to 14 days. Tone and post-acne marks track the skin's turnover cycle, so budget 8 to 12 weeks and photograph in the same light each Sunday. If nothing has moved by week 12, email us and we refund the opened products.
Is this suitable for sensitive or rosacea-prone skin?
Yes for the cleanser, essence and barrier cream, all of which are fragrance-free and free of essential oils. Introduce the Stillness Serum on alternate nights for the first fortnight, since bakuchiol is gentler than retinol but still an active.
Where do the products ship from, and what does customs cost?
Every EU and UK order leaves our Rotterdam warehouse within 24 hours, duty paid. Nothing crosses a border after it reaches you, so there is no customs charge and no handling fee at the door. Ireland and mainland EU arrive in 2 to 4 working days.
Are the formulas vegan and cruelty-free?
The whole range is Leaping Bunny certified and never tested on animals, including for the Chinese market, which we do not sell into. Five of six products are vegan. The Hanbang Oil Balm contains beeswax, so it is vegetarian rather than vegan.
Can I return something I have already opened?
Yes. Use it for up to 60 days, and if your skin does not agree with it, we refund the full price including your original shipping. Keep the outer box for the return label. No form, no photographs, one email to care@goyo.com.
